Collaboration and Testing Approach

Throughout the design phase, our team partnered with a national laboratory to conduct extensive product testing. A cornerstone of our methodology involves the use of the Army Research Laboratories (ARL) Auditory Health Assessment Algorithm for Humans (AHAAH).

Data Collection and Analysis

During development, we gathered high-resolution acoustic and image data. This robust dataset enabled us to apply the AHAAH algorithm, alongside other engineering tools, to create a suppressor with improved hearing safety.

Discussions about “tone” are common in our industry. With precise data and proper application, the AHAAH algorithm provides a reliable means of quantifying tone. Our suppressors deliver a safer auditory experience, supported by comprehensive data and analysis.
